Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Cynthia Michaels pieces! But if you need to make a return, here’s how we make it simple:

Returns for Personal Reasons:

Changed your mind? No worries! You can return your item within 7 days (Canada/USA) or 14 days (UK/International) from delivery

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for personal returns. Items must be unused, unwashed, and have the anti-return ribbon attached.

Exchanges:

Need a different size, style, or color? We’ve got you! Exchanges are available within the same return period. (International customers cover return shipping.)

If We Make a Mistake:

Received the wrong item or a damaged product? We’ll cover the return shipping and fix it quickly.

How to Start a Return/Exchange:

Use the return/exchange form included with your package, or contact us at support@cynthiamichaels.ca. We’ll guide you through it!

Refunds

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method after we inspect your return

Refunds typically process within 7–10 business days for Canada/USA/UK, and 10–14 business days for international orders.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

You’ll get an email once your refund is processed. (And yes, we’re just as fast as your bankallows!)
